Slowly Building a New Routine

19 August 2026

Today is my second day of gradually changing my routine.

I’m deliberately starting slowly rather than trying to transform everything overnight. I began with very light cardio and exercise at the gym, focusing more on building consistency and getting my body accustomed to regular movement than pushing myself too hard.

I also started taking better care of my skin by introducing a simple skincare routine in both the morning and at night. It’s another small habit, but I want these small habits to eventually become part of my everyday lifestyle.

Nutrition is another major focus. I’m beginning to calculate my macros and pay closer attention to what I eat rather than simply eating without tracking. Along with my nutrition, I’m starting to track my personal data so I can actually see how my body and performance change over time.

For now, the goal isn’t perfection.

It is consistency, measurement, and gradual improvement.

I want to understand what happens when I systematically change my exercise, nutrition, skincare, sleep, and other daily habits—and track the results instead of relying only on how I feel.

This is just Day 2.

The transformation doesn’t need to happen today.

The experiment has only just begun.
