About Khevaan Mars
KHEVAAN MARS • HUMAN PERFORMANCE EXPERIMENT

BUILD A BETTER
HUMAN.

Khevaan Mars is a long-term personal human-performance experiment combining physical training, mind sports, combat-sports training, nutrition, biomarker testing, recovery and continuous performance tracking.

ABOUT KHEVAAN MARS

A Living Human Experiment

Khevaan Mars is built around a simple question: how far can human physical and cognitive performance be developed through structured training, measurement, experimentation and disciplined lifestyle design?

Training the whole system.

The experiment is not limited to one sport or one aspect of fitness. It approaches human performance as an interconnected system.

Physical capacity, cognitive performance, combat skills, mobility, endurance, nutrition, recovery and biological measurements are treated as different components of the same long-term project.

The objective is to develop a highly capable, adaptable and resilient human while continuously documenting the process.

The experiment.

Training is structured into measurable phases.

Performance is tested rather than assumed.

Biomarkers are tracked over time.

Nutrition is adjusted according to goals, performance and objective data.

Results, failures and adaptations become part of the record.

THE MISSION

MAXIMIZE HUMAN CAPABILITY.

The mission is to systematically train and measure strength, speed, flexibility, endurance, cognitive performance and fighting ability while maintaining a scientific approach to nutrition, recovery and biological monitoring.

Instead of relying only on appearance or subjective feelings, the experiment emphasizes measurable performance, repeatable tests, longitudinal tracking and continuous refinement.

THE PERFORMANCE SYSTEM

What I Train

Multiple disciplines are trained separately and progressively so that the entire performance system can develop without attempting everything at maximum intensity every day.

01

Maximum Strength

Progressive resistance training focused on developing maximal force production, muscular capacity, stability and physical robustness.

02

Speed & Explosiveness

Sprinting, acceleration, reaction and explosive movement training designed to develop rapid force production and movement efficiency.

03

Flexibility & Mobility

Mobility and flexibility work designed to improve range of motion, movement quality and physical control.

04

Endurance

Aerobic and conditioning training focused on cardiovascular capacity, stamina, recovery and sustained performance.

05

Fighting Skills

Combat-sports training focused on technique, coordination, defensive movement, conditioning, timing and controlled skill development.

06

Mind Sports

Chess, mathematics, memory, logic, language, creativity and attention training to develop cognitive performance.

07

Nutrition

Nutrition is structured around energy availability, nutrient adequacy, body composition, performance, recovery and long-term health.

08
+

Biomarker Testing

Periodic laboratory testing is used to establish objective measurements and observe changes throughout the experiment.

09

Healthy Ageing

The project explores evidence-based strategies for maintaining physical function, cognitive performance, recovery and healthspan with age.

DATA & MEASUREMENT

Track The Markers

The experiment uses longitudinal tracking to identify trends rather than judging progress from a single workout, measurement or laboratory result.

PHYSICAL Body weight, body composition, waist measurements, strength, speed, mobility and endurance.
PERFORMANCE Running times, lifting performance, repetitions, training volume, recovery and sport-specific tests.
COGNITIVE Chess performance, calculation speed, memory recall, logic, vocabulary, attention and problem-solving.
BIOLOGICAL Relevant biomarkers and laboratory measurements tracked periodically with appropriate professional guidance.
NUTRITION Calories, protein, food quality, hydration, dietary patterns and nutritional consistency.
RECOVERY Sleep, perceived recovery, fatigue, training readiness and workload.
MOBILITY Range of motion, flexibility, movement quality and mobility benchmarks.
LONGITUDINAL DATA Repeated measurements used to identify trends, adaptations and areas requiring adjustment.
EXPERIMENTAL METHOD

Train. Measure. Analyse. Adapt.

STEP 01

Train

Follow structured training sessions across physical and cognitive domains.

STEP 02

Measure

Record performance, body measurements, training metrics and relevant biomarkers.

STEP 03

Analyse

Examine trends, identify weaknesses and determine whether the intervention is working.

STEP 04

Adapt

Modify training, nutrition, recovery or testing based on the evidence collected.

DAILY SYSTEM

Different Stimulus. Every Day.

The programme distributes different forms of training throughout the week rather than attempting to train every quality simultaneously.

PHYSICAL

Strength / Speed / Endurance

Physical sessions are rotated according to the training phase and recovery requirements.

MOBILITY

Flexibility & Movement

Mobility and flexibility work can be integrated into daily training and recovery.

MIND

Mind Sports

Short focused cognitive sessions rotate between chess, mathematics, memory, logic, language, creativity and attention.

COMBAT

Fighting Skills

Combat-sports practice is programmed separately according to technique, conditioning and recovery.

Important: Khevaan Mars documents a personal performance experiment. Biomarker testing and nutrition decisions should be interpreted appropriately and, where necessary, discussed with qualified healthcare and sports professionals. The project does not claim that any particular intervention can reverse ageing or guarantee a specific health outcome.
